O2Micro® Announces Settlement with Hon Hai and Ampower

O2Micro® International Limited (NASDAQ:OIIM)(SEHK:0457), a leading supplier of innovative power management, and security components and systems, announced that it has reached an agreement with Hon Hai Precision Industries, Co., Ltd. and Ampower Holding, Ltd. that resolves all of the outstanding issues between the companies in the litigation currently pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Civil Action No. 2-05 CV-323 CE).
