Endexx Corporation (PINK:EDXC), provider of web hosted services designed to help organizations with the increasing complexities of document management and data storage, today announced that it has introduced Endexx’s Online School Board Book Portal.
This new offering is designed to appeal to the more than 44,000 school boards nationwide, enabling them to operate in green paperless environments.

Davis noted that quantifiable savings of time and money for school boards, who are frequently faced with diminishing funding from state and local governments, can be quite significant. “No new software or equipment is required because our board book services are web-based, offering offsite storage and retrieval,” he said. Davis noted that collaboration capabilities, real-time document sharing and change capability are some of the applications available.
Endexx’s web-based applications simplify the handling, storage and control of documents for school board. “Board materials can be created, reviewed and tracked online facilitating better board meetings,” explained Davis. “Our system is web-based for easy access, and our intuitive interface provides access to current and archived documents, calendars, contacts and e-mails.”
Davis points to the difficulties that school districts faced following the Katrina disaster in backing up data. “Because Endexx provides offsite and secure data storage, thousands of documents can be saved – and subsequently retrieved – should a natural disaster strike,” Davis noted.
